  1. I love working out my calves. A lot of people worry about the bulk, but if
    you walk in heels, the back of your calve will stick out and I’m telling
    you I think it’s realy sexy. If you ever see those shoe commercials where
    the model has the calve muscle at the back, yeah. Unless you have calves
    like a man that ACTUALLY look like fat instead of muscle, well, ten dn’t
    worry haha

  3. 3:00 I got a muscle tension after doing this. I did this exercice
    yesterday, but it still feels stiff and it’s actually hard to walk. I even
    strechted afterwards, but I guess I did too hard. What can I do in this
    situation?
