  15. Hey has anyone stuck to these and lost some weight? I feel the burn already and am going to try to stick to a daily routine of these, but I’m not very fit to begin with, any help or advice?

  16. For carpet, I suggest using two narrow shoe box lids for your feet, they work perfectly! You can also tape them together in the middle so your feet don’t drift apart! 🙂

  17. I have been sticking to these workouts for quite some time now and they made dramatic changes to my body! After every workout I do, I feel amazing! I have also been eating clean and that to made me feel healthier! Ever since I’ve started these workouts, I crave working out. I love it! I have also lost a lot of thigh fat from the leg and thigh workouts. Cassey is AMAZING. So if you want to look great and feel great, do these workouts. I swear by it.

  27. For those who are doing the calf raises for the first time or haven’t worked your legs in awhile, don’t hurt yourself. I pushed through the whole work out but am now laying in bed dealing with DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness) :'( my calves are cramped and the pain is so excruciating I’m unable to stand.

  32. I cannot believe I did this… I did BB1 yesterday and from the VS butt workout that I did on Saturday I am still in complete pain in my legs and now I did this… I will need a wheelchair tomorrow!

  33. Running is cardio, so if you do cardio videos it will be ok 🙂 I didn’t run either and I lost a lot of fat just with Cassey’s cardio videos. Try the HIIT ones, they’re killer!!!!

I’m also not a runner(I even hate walking haha) and I do casseys videos everyday and I started this month and I have lost 1kg and gained some tummy muscles and my legs look better. so you can do it without going out for a run 🙂 But you have to eat clean as well, that’s what I do and I see results 🙂 (but now I don’t know how much your weight is, mine was 48-49 and now i’m 46-47 so o.o)

Some quick advice: don’t settle for „enough“ — work hard, reach your maximum limits, work until you know you have done the very best you could, and even if you only have 20 or 40 minutes to work out, put every ounce of energy you have into it and your body will change. Like Cassey says, „train insane, or remain the same!“

You don’t develop muscles overnight, trust me 🙂 If your muscles ever do start getting bigger than you want (which I doubt would happen unless you’re eating tons of protein and using really heavy weights) you can always just workout your legs less. You will not get huge legs just by doing this as part of a regular workout routine, even if you do it everyday.

  45. Use the MayMuscles calendar on her website blogilates. com, and do the workouts on there (you don’t have to do them all for each day if you have a small weightloss goal) every day – you get the password to the calendar by subscribing to the newsletter 🙂

  46. No 😀 that would be way too much. On one day, you do bikini blaster 1 four times. On another day, you do BB2 four times etc.. That makes about an hour of working out a day, the perfect amount.

  52. Hey guys, just a lil warning about the last calf workout: try to keep your weight between your big toe area. try to not wobble to the outer part of your feet. this is better for alignment and strengthening!! Im a dancer so ive had my share of feet problems xD

  68. To those of you that don’t know if it’s fat or muscle on your legs; What about pointing your toes and feel if it’s hard? If it’s hard, it’s a muscle. I doubt it’s fat anyway (unless you are huge), it’s not normal to carry alot of fat on the downside of your knee.

    I’m currently doing this moths calendar, and I’m wondering when Cassey always says to do cardio to melt the fat from on top of your muscles, so do i have to do extra cardio on top of the calendar or is this the calendar enough?

  70. do as much cardio as you want, because most of these workouts do incorporate cardio. Higher tensity cardio ie, running or anything involving intense cardio movements will aid in melthing moar fat. But make sure you eat clean as well

  71. yeah it’s enough,but you can do like a 20 mins run 5X a week(or some jumping jacks or jump ropes) if you feel like you need more cardio or faster results

    you walk in heels, the back of your calve will stick out and I’m telling
    you I think it’s realy sexy. If you ever see those shoe commercials where
    the model has the calve muscle at the back, yeah. Unless you have calves

    I can do to prevent that from happening. Cramps at the outer sides of my
