  1. I just taught myself this yesterday and I’m almost four weeks into my pole
journey this video is good but I thought this was the cradle spin

  2. thanks. u are a great instructor. Just started beginner pole and just learnt this trick but I cannot do it and ended up bruises on both legs. U R indeed better than my instructor.

  3. Oh dear god she’s wearing a ring while on the pole!
She is really really good and great video but every time her ring clanged I actually flinched!

  4. I agree with both last posters, NEVER wear rings while practicing pole, and this is a cradle, not a corkscrew… Awesome explanation though

  5. Makes sense that this is an advanced move. I started taking pole dancing and i’m being taught this move as beginner. I can’t do it at all! looks easy though. Also, it is called something else, why is that? Do teachers make up their own names?

  6. perhaps the ring you wear has more curved edges or is of a softer material like gold, but depending on the ring shape and material, you can damage your pole to varying degrees. I have even seen deep grooves, which potentially give off tiny metal splinters…ouch!
